Drawing from the Works of Masters I
6 Weeks: Sundays, May 17th- June 28th (10am - 1pm ET) • $320

This observational drawing course teaches perception and technique by examining the insights of historical master artists through their mark-making. All six weeks focus on classical long-pose figure drawing concepts and will range in focus from the full figure to torso, portrait, hands, and feet. Course content is directly applicable to drawing from a live model and includes lectures, demonstrations, drawing time for students and one-on-one feedback. Recordings of each class are posted by the next day.

About the Instructor
RAMI BAGLIO is a classically trained artist local to Northampton, MA. She graduated from Hampshire College in 2009 and went on to live in New York City for ten years where she earned an M.A. from the New York Academy of Art and began teaching. She lived in France, studying with Studio Escalier who she considers her primary teacher, Italy, studying at Florence Academy and Santa Fe, NM with the Ryder Studio. She is the recipient of a Merit Scholarship from the Vermont Studio Center and the Nessa Cohen Grant from the Art Students League of New York. She currently teaches locally in and near Northampton, MA, at the New York Academy of Art, PortfolioWorks Paris, and the Hartsbrook Waldorf School.
